and regularly review existing applications and make recommendations to improve functionality, performance, maintainability, security, and user experience.\n\nQualifications and skill set\nA Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in Computer/Information Science or equivalent experience.\n\nAt least 3 years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise applications in cloud environments.\n\nExperience in designing and developing front-end and back-end application components, APIs, and system integrations.\n\nExperience in building and enhancing cloud-native services on AWS using appropriate managed services, microservices, and event-driven patterns, SQL, RESTful APIs, and containerisation technologies; building and improving CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release processes.\n\nExperience working in an Agile and DevSecOps environment and contributing to estimation, design, delivery, deployment, and operational support.\n\nExperience in evaluating and applying AI-assisted software engineering tools where appropriate to improve productivity and software quality.\n\nExperience in designing and implementing scalable, high-availability, and resilient application solutions.\n\nStrong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, secure coding practices, application performance, and system reliability.\n\nStrong understanding of application architecture, databases, middleware, integration technologies, and cloud-native development principles;
