You will also develop the wider accounting and finance team.\nLocation: Hybrid in Ta' Xbiex, Malta.\nSalary: Negotiable, depending on experience.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nMaintain and oversee the treasury function and cash flow management, including key banking relationships, payment projections and settlement oversight with external parties and intercompany counterparties, in full alignment with the wider Group.\n\nOversee capitalisation accounting. Coordinate with relevant departments and stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely treatment in line with Group policy and accounting standards.\n\nSupervise OPEX operations. Ensure invoice postings and settlements are carried out by the team in accordance with agreed procedures.\n\nOwn the review procedures. Ensure reviews are carried out accurately and in a timely manner.\n\nDrive process and systems improvement. Assist in developing and implementing new accounting techniques and systems, or refining existing methods and procedures.\n\nContribute to AI and automation initiatives. Be a key contributor in identifying AI opportunities, maintaining control over efficiency and automation projects across the team.\n\nSupport long-term financial planning. Assist in planning and organising long-term financial goals, ensuring they are followed and monitored on a regular basis.\n\nDevelop the team. Set targets, coach, motivate and supervise the accounting and finance team to support their personal development.\n\nPrepare timely, detailed reports on financial performance monthly, quarterly and annually, including financial statements and annual reports.\n\nOversee audit processes. Manage all audit-related procedures, including audit requests, auditor communication and financial statements.\n\nSupport budgeting and forecasting. Assist in preparing and reviewing the budget and reforecasting work, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.\n\nWhat you’ll bring to the role:\nQualified Accountant (Master in Accountancy or ACCA-qualified)\n\n3+ years of experience in Senior Accounting\n\nPrevious experience in a similar finance leadership role\n\nStrong knowledge of IFRS and reporting\n\nProblem-solving skills and strong attention to detail\n\nExperience within the gaming industry or a similar business would be considered an asset\n\nWhy join us?\nIt’s a really exciting time to join Push Gaming.
