Push Gaming is a London games studio founded in 2010 that develops slot content for regulated online casinos. Its titles are built mobile-first and distributed to operators through aggregation platforms across Europe and beyond. The company is known for a small, high-performing catalogue rather than volume output.

Go To Market Executive

Push Gaming is a dynamic and innovative game development studio specialising in creating top-quality, mobile-optimised online casino games. With a passion for gaming and a commitment to pushing boundaries, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to players worldwide.

We are looking to hire a GoToMarket Executive to Support the Go To Market team - keeping the sales documentation, marketing delivery and reporting flowing behind our games and PrizeFlex.

LOCATION Malta, Gibraltar or Isle of Man

Purpose

The Go To Market Executive supports the Go To Market Lead so the wider Commercial team can sell. Producing and maintaining sales documentation is central to the role, alongside coordinating marketing delivery, supporting content communications and tracking activity and performance - the groundwork behind our games and PrizeFlex. It's a great foundation for growing into a Go To Market or wider Commercial role.

Key responsibilities

  • Produce sales documentation. Build and maintain the sales documentation behind each release - clear, accurate and on-brand - so the Commercial team can sell.
  • Support content communications. Help prepare and distribute content communications and product updates to the Commercial team and to operators.
  • Support performance reporting. Pull weekly and monthly slots and PrizeFlex performance data and prepare clear reports for the team.
  • Support the content roadmap. Help keep the content roadmap current and coordinate the actions that keep it moving.
  • Coordinate marketing delivery. Help coordinate the delivery of operator marketing assets, launch campaigns, events and merchandise, keeping things moving to deadline.
  • Support external communication. Help draft and schedule social media and external communications, keeping everything on-brand.
  • Track and assess marketing activity. Track our marketing activity, campaigns and events, and pull the numbers to show what's working and where to improve.
  • Document best practices. Capture and maintain Go To Market best practices for the team.
  • Learn the product. Build knowledge of our content and tools and how they grow a partner.
  • Learn know-your-customer and know-your-market basics. Pick up the practices the team uses to understand partners and markets.

Qualities & experience

We look for these qualities across the team (they may not all be relevant to your role, but it's what the team aspires to).

Revenue-focused hunter

Aggressively pursues growth in their accounts and actively seeks out and closes new opportunities.

Data-driven consultation

Diagnoses account performance with hard data and uses metrics to advise partners and back recommendations.

Critical & proactive thinking

Anticipates bottlenecks, challenges assumptions and pushes for better ways of working rather than waiting for direction.

Absolute accountability

Owns their numbers entirely - takes responsibility, avoids excuses and moves straight to solutions.

Credibility & presence

Projects immediate trust and professionalism, and commands confidence with both partners and internal teams.

Team player

Understands the company goals and works towards them, supporting the wider team rather than only their own accounts.

Experience & requirements

Some of this is essential; the rest helps. Beyond it, we look for the right personality and potential.

ESSENTIAL

  • Some commercial, marketing, analytical or administrative experience, or a strong graduate ready to learn
  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets, and quick to pick up a CRM
  • Organised and reliable, with a strong eye for detail
  • Keen to build a commercial career in iGaming

PREFERRED

  • A university degree may be beneficial
  • Additional languages may be beneficial
