experience.\n\nWhat you’ll be doing:\n\nAudit Planning & Execution\nDevelop and maintain the annual internal audit plan aligned with business risks and regulatory expectations.\n\nConduct risk-based audits across Compliance, Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, IT Security, HR, and Operational functions.\n\nPerform detailed process reviews, walkthroughs, and control testing across all Push Gaming entities.\n\nRegulatory & Governance Assurance\nEvaluate adherence to requirements from relevant regulators where Push Gaming holds a license.\n\nAssess control implementation for regulatory commitments, licence conditions, SOPs, and internal policies.\n\nReview governance processes, decision-making frameworks, and business continuity arrangements.\n\nOperational & Technical Control Reviews\nAudit key activities such as change management, game release processes, access control, incident management, RTP/win-probability reporting, certification workflows, and vendor-risk management.\n\nVerify the integrity of operational processes including reporting flows, data retention practices, and cross-departmental dependencies.\n\nReporting & Improvement Tracking\nProduce clear audit reports with findings, evidence, and classified risk impacts.\n\nPresent results to the Board / Steering Committee and senior management.\n\nTrack remediation actions and confirm timely implementation of improvements.\n\nAd-hoc Reviews\nConduct targeted reviews requested by the Board or senior leadership.\n\nSupport investigations into suspected control failures or procedural gaps.\n\nAdvise on internal-control aspects for new processes, markets, or organisational changes.\n\nIndependence requirements\nYou will operate independently of operational departments.\n\nThe role must not be involved in day-to-day decision-making in the areas being audited.\n\nWhat you’ll bring to the role:\nExperience in gambling, fintech, or regulated technology sectors.\nFamiliarity with remote gambling regulatory frameworks.\n\nExperience in internal audit, risk, compliance, or assurance roles.\n\nStrong understanding of internal-control frameworks and risk-assessment methodologies.\n\nAbility to document processes, controls, and audit evidence with precision.\n\nProfessional audit qualification or progression (e.g., IIA, ACCA, CPA, CISA, or equivalent).\n\nHigh level of independence, objectivity, and analytical capability.\n\nExcellent written communication, especially for reporting to senior management and boards. \n\nUnderstanding of software-development life cycles, cloud infrastructure, and product release workflows.\n\nKnowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, or other information-security frameworks.\n\nExperience with data-analysis techniques and
