We are a remote-first company, Pushies can choose to work remotely or from our Downtown Vancouver office. \nWe are considering eligible candidates for this role from any location across Canada.\nThe RoleWe’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing Onboarding Team team! In this role, you will play a critical role in managing client onboarding projects from kickoff to handoff. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and customers, ensuring clear communication, timely task completion, and alignment across departments. This is a highly collaborative and customer-facing role ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about driving projects to success.\nResponsibilities\nAct as the main point of contact for internal teams and customers throughout the onboarding project.\n\nCreate and manage onboarding timelines, project plans, and key milestones to ensure successful delivery.\n\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Data Migration, Implementation, and Support, to maintain project alignment and momentum.\n\nMonitor project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within scope.\n\nIdentify potential risks or blockers early and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.\n\nLead customer-facing meetings, including project kickoffs and regular status updates, ensuring clear communication and alignment.\n\nEnsure all internal and external stakeholders are informed of project status, next steps, and any key changes.\n\nMaintain accurate documentation of decisions, updates, and outcomes within the project tracker and related systems.\n\nDrive project closure, ensuring a smooth transition to the Support or Customer Success teams.\n\nRequirements\n2+ years of project management or implementation experience.\n\n1 - 2 years of previous US Payroll experience\n\nStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.\n\nExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.\n\nHighly proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks.\n\nComfortable leading meetings and communicating with external customers via google meet and phone.\n\nAbility to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive resolution in a fast-paced environment.\n\nSkilled at using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce\n\nBonus Skills and Qualifications\nPrevious SaaS or start up experience \n\nPrevious experience in client onboarding or implementation projects.\n\nPrevious experience with project management tools such as OnRamp, Rocketlane, Asana\n\nWhy Push?\n\nDo what you love!
