If you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for ensuring quality through hands-on manual and automated testing, this role could be a perfect fit. You will play a key role in embedding quality into every stage of the development lifecycle.\nYou’ll influence automation initiatives, refine QA processes, and mentor others on best practices. Your primary responsibility will be identifying bugs, verifying fixes, and ensuring a high-quality product experience for our customers. We are a remote-first company, Pushies can choose to work remotely or from our Downtown Vancouver office.\nResponsibilities:\nChampion quality assurance and lead the adoption of best practices across the product and engineering teams\nCollaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to define effective test strategies and acceptance criteria\nPlan, design, and execute detailed manual and automated test cases to ensure full coverage of features and user scenarios\nDrive technical decisions for our software testing processes and tools\nBuild, maintain, and help drive the direction of the test automation framework\nMentor test engineers on automation best practices\nIdentify, document, and track defects with clear and actionable reporting\nVerify fixes, maintain comprehensive regression test suites, and drive continuous improvement of QA processes\nConduct exploratory, usability, and edge-case testing to uncover hidden issues\nProduce detailed test reports and effectively communicate findings and risks to stakeholders\nHelp define, maintain, and improve test environments to mirror production conditions\nContinuously evaluate and enhance QA workflows, tooling (including modern AI tools), and team efficiency\nWhy Push?\nDo what you love!
