We offer an environment that values open technical discussion, continuous learning, blameless postmortems, and clear ownership of the tools you build.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, build, and deploy scalable full-stack features across our core SaaS platforms.\nWrite clean, modular backend code in .NET/C# while crafting interactive UI components using modern frontend tools.\nPartner with UX designers and product teams to bridge technical feasibility and intuitive UI design.\nBuild efficient RESTful APIs and ensure smooth integration between client applications and backend systems.\nMentor team members, participate in peer code reviews, and drive best practices across frontend and backend domains.\nWhat We Would Like to See\n6+ years of software engineering experience delivering production web applications end-to-end.\nBackend Expertise: Strong proficiency in .NET and C# with experience in web service design, microservices, and databases.\n Frontend Expertise: Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, TypeScript, Vue, or Angular) alongside standard CSS/HTML best practices.\nSystem Architecture: Solid experience designing client-server contracts, managing API performance, and building scalable codebases.\nDelivery & DevOps: Practice with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile delivery.\nMindset: Pragmatic problem solver who takes ownership, values team growth, and stays curious about new technology.\nAbout us\nPushpay is a high-growth New Zealand SaaS business that is spread between offices in Auckland, NZ and the United States.
