At Puttery, every visit is a reason to celebrate.\nJob Purpose\nThe Front of House Team Lead supports venue operations by ensuring top-quality hospitality and smooth daily service. This role assists in supervising the Front of House team, promoting an upbeat and welcoming environment for guests and team members alike. The Team Lead helps drive performance, uphold standards, and ensure that every guest experience reflects Puttery’s commitment to fun, service, and excellence.\nResponsibilities\nSupport daily operations of the bar and service areas, including product control, quality assurance, and guest engagement.\nAssist in organizing and supervising shifts to maintain smooth service flow\nProvide on-the-floor leadership, coaching, and training to team members\nBuild strong relationships with guests, ensuring prompt, professional, and friendly service\nEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards\nCommunicate effectively between guests, staff, supervisors, and management\nIdentify and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally\nMaintain inventory and assist with product control as needed\nSupport company policies and uphold Puttery’s hospitality and safety culture\nPerform additional duties or projects as assigned by management.\nQualifications\nPrevious supervisory or team lead experience in hospitality preferred\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead by example\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment\nExcellent organizational and problem-solving skills\nFamiliarity with sanitation and safety procedures\nFlexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays\nAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nWorking Conditions\nFast-paced, guest-facing environment requiring extended periods of movement\nInvolves both indoor and outdoor work, including exposure to heat, noise, and varying temperatures\nRegular standing, walking, bending, and lifting required throughout shifts\nEvening, weekend, and holiday shifts expected to support business operations\nPuttery is committed to equal opportunity in the workplace, preventing discrimination and harassment, including sexual misconduct, based on legally protected diversity characteristics (such as race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, family status, citizenship, genetic information and veteran status) in its application and hiring processes and in its employment decisions.
