Our CI product analyses customer interactions and provides automated, easy-to-use insights that help address knowledge gaps and inefficiencies and unlock opportunities across the entire organisation. To do that, our product relies on seamlessly pulling new and updated data from other systems, and a key part of this role is right there: taking ownership of some of our integrations and APIs, not only maintaining them but also modernising and improving how they are built.\nYou won’t be tackling challenges alone. We expect you to be proactive, curious and a team player, and to contribute to our workplace atmosphere in your own unique way.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, build and maintain scalable backend services powering our AI products\n\nDevelop and maintain integrations and APIs\n\nCollaborate across teams to deliver performant and reliable features\n\nParticipate in system architecture discussions, contributing to design decisions and technical direction\n\nHelp improve our ways of working and explore new technologies that enhance performance, scalability and developer experience\n\nThe must haves \n5+ years of software development experience\n\nExperience building and maintaining integrations, APIs, distributed systems or data-heavy applications\n\nProficiency in C# and TypeScript\n\nFluent English, since clear communication is key in our international organisation\n\nOutspoken and comfortable challenging ideas and contributing to open, honest discussions within product teams and across functions\n\nProduct-minded, proactive and playing to win\n\nThe nice to haves \nExperience with technologies such as MongoDB, RabbitMQ\n\nFamiliarity with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)\n\nExperience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or similar\n\nExperience with Agile methodologies and the Product Operating Model\n\nExperience building secure, GDPR-compliant systems for sensitive data\n\nThe location\nThis role is based in Aarhus, with an expectation of 3-4 days a week in our downtown office. We value flexibility and working from home is common practice, but the office is open all week.
