The Associate Store Manager is responsible for all business functions and the leadership of the team in the General Managers absence.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nStore Leadership & Sales Strategy\nSupport all aspects of flagship performance including sales, profitability, and customer experience.\nDeliver on business plans aligned with KPIs to drive traffic, increase conversion, and boost customer retention.\nInspire and lead by example, actively engaging with the sales floor and ensuring 80% of your time is spent driving performance on the floor.\nAnalyze sales data and metrics, translating insights into actionable strategies that elevate business results.\nDemonstrate executive presence and business acumen through regular engagement with senior leadership during store visits and brand events.\nTeam Development & Culture\nAssist in the recruiting, development, and retention of a high-performing team passionate about fashion, design, and the Calvin Klein brand.\nFoster a collaborative culture through coaching, feedback, and development plans.\nCreate an inclusive and motivating work environment where team members feel valued, engaged, and empowered to contribute to store success.\nPartner with leader on personal development plan, succession planning and performance management.\nCustomer Experience & Community Engagement\nChampion a client-first culture by driving elevated service standards and personalized shopping experiences.\nLeverage CRM tools and storytelling to develop loyal brand ambassadors.\nCo-Lead in-store events and local community partnerships to increase Calvin Klein brand awareness and foster authentic relationships.\nCultivate a sense of belonging and hospitality for every customer interaction.\nVisual Merchandising & Brand Standards\nPartner with Store Leadership, VM and product teams to ensure timely execution of floor sets, campaigns, and seasonal product launches.\nMaintain pristine store aesthetics in line with Calvin Klein’s global brand standards.\nMonitor visual impact, adjust in real time based on product performance and customer response.\nOperational Excellence\nSupervise operational processes including inventory management, loss prevention, staffing, payroll planning, and compliance.\nSupport the management of all controllable expenses and drive operational efficiency through smart scheduling and planning.\nEnsure full alignment with corporate policies and procedures including LP, POS, audit protocols, and safety standards.\nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE\n3+ years of progressive retail leadership experience, with 2+ years managing a high-volume, premium/luxury flagship or concept store.\nProven ability to deliver strong financial results and drive profitability through exceptional team leadership and strategic execution.\nStrong business acumen: able to interpret metrics and build action plans around performance.\nDynamic and charismatic leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills.\nPassion for fashion, design, culture, and the Calvin Klein brand.\nDeep understanding of the NYC market, luxury client expectations, and community building.\nHighly adaptable, organized, and solutions-oriented with a hands-on approach.\nComfortable working a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.\nAbility to walk, bend, stand, reach, and squat for prolonged periods; lift and carry up to 30lbs.\nPay Range:$100,000.00-$130,000.00PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
