Our collective desire is to create a workplace environment where every individual is valued, and every voice is heard, and we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse community of associates with a strong sense of belonging.Learn more about Inclusion & Diversity at PVH here.\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES\nSupport seasonal style-level cost benchmarking and highlight key cost gaps for team review and follow-up.\n\nAssist in developing should-cost standards for key cost components using fact-based costing methodologies.\n\nIdentify and track cost improvement opportunities through product engineering, process efficiency, and material utilization analysis.\n\nPrepare recurring cost analyses and reports to support cost governance and management review routines.\n\nSupport macro cost trend tracking, forecasting inputs, and reconciliation against actual performance.\n\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to collect cost data, validate assumptions, and maintain costing tools and databases.\n\nINTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS\nInternal Contacts: Global Supply teams and relevant cross-functional business partners, as needed.\nExternal Contacts: Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers and vendors.\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES\nIndirect: Contributes to cross-functional projects and team initiatives, as assigned.\n\nDECISION MAKING\nMakes routine analytical judgments within established costing frameworks and escalates exceptions or higher-impact decisions to the manager.\n\nRESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY\nDemonstrates curiosity and initiative in learning industry trends, manufacturing methods, and key cost drivers affecting product cost.\n\nApplies structured problem-solving to support practical, data-based costing solutions.\n\nENVIRONMENT:\nPrimarily based in the Vietnam office.\n\nTravel may be required based on business needs and project involvement.\n\nCORE VALUE\nEmbrace PVH's core values: Individuality, Partnership, Passion, Integrity, and Accountability.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE\nEducation & Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.\n\nTypically, 2-4 years of relevant experience in apparel manufacturing, industrial engineering, product costing, or supply chain analytics.\n\nHands-on experience with work measurement techniques in the apparel industry expected; GSD licensed practitioners will have a strong advantage.\n\nExposure to Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, or continuous improvement tools is an advantage.\n\nExperience working in a multinational or matrix environment is preferred.\n\nSkills:\nStrong integrity and commitment to high ethical standards.\n\nGood communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.\n\nStrong analytical ability and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\n\nAdvanced Excel skills and comfort working with data analysis and reporting tools required.
