You will combine creativity with commercial thinking and performance insights to deliver elevated digital executions that create value for our customers.\nBased at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD, located at 388 George Street, 2000, this is a full-time hybrid role working from home and in the office weekly.\nPlease note, this is a fixed term contract ending in January 2028.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nCoordinate paid and organic social media activity across key digital channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Weibo and WeChat.\nPartner with external agencies to support the execution of paid social, SEM and Display campaigns aligned with wider marketing plans.\nMonitor and optimise campaign performance across awareness, acquisition, engagement and sales, providing recommendations to achieve KPIs and ROAS targets.\nManage campaign setup, tracking and ongoing optimisation within Facebook Ads Manager, including audience targeting and A/B testing opportunities.\nSupport organic social, influencer content and UGC opportunities across relevant brands.\nMonitor and optimise affiliate and third-party digital partnerships, identifying opportunities to drive performance and profitability.\nPartner with the CRM team on EDMs, lead generation, re-engagement and CRM/VIP sign-up activity.\nMonitor digital budgets and media spend across Paid Social, SEM, Retargeting and affiliates, recommending adjustments where required.\nPrepare and maintain digital performance, ROI and campaign reporting, translating results into recommendations for future activity.\nBuild strong relationships across Marketing, CRM, eCommerce, Retail Operations, IT and external agencies to support the effective delivery of digital initiatives.\nAbout You\n2-3 years’ experience within a brand or retail environment, with demonstrated experience managing social media ads. \nWorking knowledge of Google Advertising and statistical tools, along with SEM marketing tactics.\nProven experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, social media platforms and Meta Business Manager.\nPrevious copywriting experience, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take initiative.\nProject management experience is advantageous.\nAbout the Company\nPVH is one of the world's largest and most admired fashion companies, connecting with consumers in over 40 countries.
