Support HR team in providing a comprehensive HR service to managers and staff within the organization\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:\nSupport HR operations and administration functions\nSupport recruitment process for non-managerial positions on placing ads, pre-selecting applications, scheduling/conducting interviews, onboarding program, and other HR administrations\nSupport the roll out of HR initiatives including ER, CSR, and social activities\nProvide HR advice and support to line managers and associates, explaining procedures and policies in a timely effective manner\nPrepare, review, interpret, analyze and approve a variety of data, information and reports, and make recommendations depending on findings\nProvide general administration and clerical support such as data input, translating documents, filing documents, travel arrangement, visitor registration, fixed assets record and monthly expenses reporting, etc.\nEnsure compliance with labor laws and other statutory requirements\nHandle procurement and stock control of office supplies, stationery, equipment and printing matters\nSupport ad-hoc projects\nAbout PVH:\nWe are brand builders who focus our passion and creativity to build Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER into the most desirable lifestyle brands in the world and at the same time position PVH as one of the best-performing brand groups in our sector.
