Our collective desire is to create a workplace environment where every individual is valued, and every voice is heard, and we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse community of associates with a strong sense of belonging.Learn more about Inclusion & Diversity at PVH here.\nPosition Summary: Working with Inventory Control Manager and W&D/Corporate/SAP team to develop, monitor and implement SAP inventory reconciliation to maintain extremely high levels of system inventory accuracy to include: SAP segmentation updates and monitoring, inventory transaction review and processing, inventory reporting and other tasks associated with the role.\nPrimary Responsibilities/Accountabilities of the Job:\n1. Reconcile WM & SAP inventory variances, to include segmentation mismatches & PIX transaction research.\n2. Perform WM/SAP segmentation transactions and requested adjustments to balance the inventory systems.\n3. Gather WM/SAP discrepancy information and assist in reviewing data and/or drafting emails to external partners for corrective processing.\n4. Generate SAP reports and updates daily for corporate team to review and/or process\n5. Assist with normal IC clerical functions such as inventory reports and COSTCO label distribution (as needed).\n6. Provide analytics to internal partners so as to increase awareness of the reconciliation function.\n7. SAP experience is extremely useful in this role.\nEducation: HS diploma\nSkills: Very strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook) required.
