Responsible for the end to end technical development of the product, from initial concept through to physical garments, pioneering high quality & product excellence, as well as delivering on company & divisional KPI’s.\nClosely partnering with several stakeholders, from PD (Product Development), design & merchandising, through to global teams this role plays an intricate part in delivering the Tommy Hilfiger brand DNA.\nThe Position: Junior Technical Developer\nDeveloping foundational skills in the technical development of apparel. Assisting in the maintenance and update of block libraries in collaboration with senior team members, and supporting the creation of new seasonal silhouettes across the global supply base\nSupports the technical development process from concept to final product. Assists in preparing samples, updating specs, and maintaining data accuracy in PLM. Gains experience in fit, construction, and quality standards under the guidance of senior team members.\nCollaborate closely with design, Merchandise, and product development to interpret sketches, create collections, understand market needs and achieve shared deadlines. Admin support to team.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport the technical development process from concept to production. \nParticipate in fit sessions, record comments, and assist with communicating updates. \nMaintain accuracy and completeness of technical data in PLM. \nSupport the team in following the critical path to ensure on-time delivery. \nBuild foundational technical skills through hands-on learning in fittings, specs, and vendor communication. \nCollaborate with sourcing, quality, and overseas teams to resolve day-to-day technical issues. \nAssist with sample organization, meeting preparation, and reporting as needed. \nThe Ideal Candidate:\n1-2 years of experience and/or internship in apparel product development or garment technology. \nDegree in fashion, garment technology, pattern cutting, or related field. \nBasic understanding of garment construction, fit, and pattern development. \nFamiliarity with PLM and related software e.g. Gerber or equivalent is a plus. \nStrong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused mindset. \nAble to follow established procedures and seek guidance when needed. \nDetail-oriented, organized, and reliable in maintaining data accuracy. \nThrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. \nDemonstrates PVH values: individuality, passion, accountability, partnership, and integrity. \nFluent in written and spoken English. \nNOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
