Your primary objective will be to deliver efficient and accurate payroll solutions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and optimizing processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and IT, to analyze requirements, develop functional specifications, and provide high-quality solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of payroll processes (US and Canada), Workday payroll module, Payroll integration support and strong problem-solving skills.\nKey Duties:\nConfigure and customize the Workday payroll software to align with business requirements.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday Payroll with other modules, such as HR, finance, and time management.\n\nAnalyze and evaluate existing payroll systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.\n\nConduct system testing, identify issues, and recommend appropriate solutions or enhancements.\n\nProvide end-user training and support during the implementation and post-implementation phases.\n\nStay updated with Workday payroll software functionality, new releases, and industry best practices.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.\n\nProficient in Workday payroll configuration, such as pay policies, and earnings/deductions setup.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite\n\nExperience in implementing and supporting Workday Payroll Solutions, including end-to-end project lifecycle.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.\n\nKnowledge of other Workday modules, such as HR and benefits, is a plus.\n\nFamiliarity with integration between Workday payroll and external systems, such as time and attendance, is advantageous.\n\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\n\nPVH Corp. or its subsidiary (\"PVH\") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications without regard to race, ethnicity, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
