Reporting to the Senior Director, Regional Total Rewards. This position is to provide expert advice to HRBPs and business leads. Ensure robust and competitive reward programs are in place to attract, retain and motivate talents.\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:\nCompensation\nAssist in analyzing salary benchmark trends and metrics to monitor company salary structure and job grading\nAssist in preparing compensation proposal or salary comparison documentation\nIn charge of the company's payroll, tax reporting, pensions, benefits administration and leave management, ensuring compliance with regulations etc.\nParticipate in C&B related surveys and analyze the results to ensure pay programs are market competitive\nAnalyse market surveys and best practices to enhance talent attraction and retention.\nSupport the annual performance management and the annual salary/bonus review process\nAdminister short/long term incentive scheme\nBenefits & recognition\n· Review insurance and benefit programs for countries\n· Support deployment of recognition programs\n· Manage 3rd party benefit vendors and brokers\n· Ensure records and policies are well-maintained\nOther project/tasks:\n· Review and suggest improvements on the company's HR workflow and processes to achieve operational efficiency and support ongoing business growth\n· Assist in Job evaluation exercise\n· Provide TR related analysis and prepare regular reports to support business operations, such as HR analytics study,\n· Deliver and maintain HRIS system projects and improvements, and proactively recommend plans to address issues\n· Maintain PVH corporate governance related to Total Rewards policies and programs\n· Lead & promote well-beings programs in ISC region\n· Other ad hoc C&B related projects as assigned\nINTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS:\nInternal Contacts:\nHR team (global, regional and country levels), finance team and legal team, managers & associates\n\nExternal Contacts:\nAudit firms, payroll vendors, benefit vendors, HR consultants, survey providers, local government officials like tax, pension, labour division etc.\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nDirect: TR Specialist/Payroll Specialist\n\nIndirect: N/A\n\nBUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nN/A\n\nDECISION MAKING:\nCREATIVITY: Able to think out of the box and always looking for ways to enhancement and improvement in regards to different processesundefined\nTEAMWORK: Builds good working relationships; collaborates toward deadlines and deliverables. Seeks out resources to get things done; able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.\nENVIRONMENT: Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-cultural and team-oriented setting \nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: \n· Minimum of 10 years’ solid experience with at least 3 years in managerial position. Have extensive experience in compensation and benefit management, preferable gained from Shared Service Center or sourcing industry;\n· Hands on experience in HRIS (WORKDAY) system management and administration;\n· Hands on experience in salary/benefit survey administration, data analysis, and recommend changes\n· Experience in people cost/budgeting concept\n· Experience in design, formulate and implement C&B policies and benefit programs\n· Experience in HRIS system implementation and upgrade would be advantageous\n· Experience in HRIS systems are required.
