It acts as a key technical partner to functional teams and IT delivery teams, bridging business requirements with scalable, high-quality technical solutions.\nThe role focuses on development excellence, system integration, governance, and continuous improvement, ensuring SAP solutions enable PVH’s global business processes across brands, channels, and regions.\nTechnical Development & Ownership\nOwn ABAP development across SAP landscapes (production and non-production environments).\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflow).\n\nEnsure solutions are scalable, reusable, and aligned with PVH architecture and development standards.\n\nSupport end-to-end development lifecycle including design, build, test, deploy, and support.\n\nBuild modern ABAP applications using:\n\nABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) for developing cloud ready services and apps.\n\nCore Data Services (CDS) including:\nCDS Views\n\nAnalytical CDS\n\nCDS Metadata Extensions\n\nCDS Annotations for UI, OData, and analytics\n\nAMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures) for high performance HANA native logic.\n\nABAP for Cloud and Steampunk (Embedded/Side by Side BTP ABAP).\n\nLeverage OData V2/V4 services for Fiori/UI5 applications and cross system integrations.\n\nApply Clean ABAP principles, ATC checks, SCI/SLIN standards, and performance tuning (SQL Monitor, Runtime Analysis).\n\nSAP Development & Integration\nDevelop solutions across SAP platforms including SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and Fiori.\n\nBuild and support integrations using IDocs, APIs, Web Services, and middleware tools.\n\nWork with integration frameworks and tools such as AIF and BRF+.\n\nEnsure seamless data flow across SAP and non-SAP systems.\n\nFunctional Collaboration\nPartner with functional teams across:\nFinance (FI/CO)\n\nSupply Chain (MM, SD)\n\nData & Analytics (BW, MDM, CAR)\n\nTranslate business requirements into clear technical designs and scalable solutions.\n\nAct as a technical advisor to ensure feasibility and alignment with SAP best practices.\n\nSolution Design & Quality Assurance\nDevelop and review technical specifications and design documents.\n\nPerform code reviews and enforce ABAP development standards.\n\nConduct unit testing and support SIT/UAT cycles.\n\nTroubleshoot defects and implement fixes in a timely manner.\n\nGovernance & Continuous Improvement\nEnsure compliance with development, documentation, and transport management standards.\n\nParticipate in release management and deployment activities.\n\nIdentify opportunities for performance optimization and process improvements.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement of SAP development practices.\n\nSupport & Operations\nProvide ongoing support for SAP applications, including incident resolution and enhancements.\n\nTroubleshoot production issues and ensure minimal business disruption.\n\nCollaborate with global teams and system integrators for support and delivery.\n\nQualifications\n8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA ABAP development.\n\nProven experience developing RICEFW objects across multiple SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, etc.).\n\nExperience with SAP technologies including:\nSAP Fiori\n\nInterfaces (IDocs, APIs, Web Services)\n\nSolid understanding of SAP architecture and system landscapes.\n\nExperience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional and global teams.\n\nAbility to translate business needs into technical solutions.\n\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality.\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nOwnership mindset with accountability for delivery.\n\nAbility to balance technical design with business priorities.\n\nFocus on delivering scalable, high-value solutions.\nPVH Corp. or its subsidiary (\"PVH\") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications without regard to race, ethnicity, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
