These systems support wildfire mitigation, Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) operations, and regulatory reporting.\nYou will own features and workstreams from design through deployment without day-to-day direction. You will work directly with utility stakeholders and operational users, and you will be a steady hand during live operational events. You will also begin mentoring junior engineers.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn Foundry features and workstreams end to end: design, build, test, and deployment\nBuild ontology-driven Workshop applications, dashboards, workflows, and actions used by field operations, customer operations, and leadership\nBuild and maintain data pipelines that integrate SAP, OMS, GIS, weather, customer, and operational systems\nContribute to ontology design: object types, link types, properties, and business logic across operational use cases\nLead troubleshooting and root cause analysis on your shift during critical operational events\nTranslate stakeholder requirements into scalable Foundry solutions\nSupport release management, deployment promotion, testing coordination, and environment governance\nMaintain technical documentation, runbooks, and architecture diagrams\nMentor junior engineers on Workshop development and Foundry best practices\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field, plus 3-5 years of software engineering or systems integration experience\nIn lieu of a degree: at least 7 years of relevant experience\nHands-on experience with Palantir Foundry Ontology Manager, Workshop, Actions, and Pipeline Builder\nExperience with Python, TypeScript, or Java in Foundry development workflows\nExperience integrating ERP, GIS, operational, or enterprise systems\nExperience supporting production platforms or on-call rotations\nWillingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts onsite in Rosemead, CA, including nights, weekends, and holidays\nPreferred Qualifications\nPalantir Foundry certification\nFamiliarity with utility operations, wildfire mitigation, public safety, outage management, asset management, or regulatory reporting\nExperience supporting energy, infrastructure, emergency management, or other operational environments\nAbout PVM & Benefits\nAt PVM, we mean it when we say we value diversity.
