These systems support wildfire mitigation, Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) operations, and regulatory reporting. \nYou will lead architecture, ontology design, application delivery, and overall platform health. You will own complex implementation efforts from design through production support. You will mentor engineers and keep solutions scalable, supportable, and aligned to enterprise governance standards. \nWhat You'll Do \nServe as technical lead for platform architecture and environment health across PSPS CDP and WiSDM \nDesign and govern enterprise ontology objects, relationships, and business logic across multiple operational use cases \nOwn complex implementation efforts end to end: architecture, build, test, deployment, and production support \nLead incident response and root cause analysis during critical operational events \nSet governance processes for ontology lifecycle management, object reuse, and platform scalability \nLead release management, deployment promotion, and environment governance \nPartner with utility stakeholders, operations teams, and enterprise architecture to turn operational needs into scalable Foundry solutions \nMentor engineers on ontology design, Workshop development, operational architecture, and Foundry best practices \nProvide performance feedback on Junior and Mid-Level engineers \nRequired Qualifications \nBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field, plus at least 6 years of software engineering or systems integration experience \nIn lieu of a degree: at least 10 years of relevant experience \nDeep expertise with Palantir Foundry Ontology Manager, Workshop, Actions, Pipeline Builder, and operational application development \nExperience designing enterprise ontologies and governing reusable data models across multiple applications \nExperience supporting production operational platforms with strict uptime and response requirements \nStrong grasp of operational governance, release management, and platform support models \nWillingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts onsite in Rosemead, CA, including nights, weekends, and holidays \nPreferred Qualifications \nExperience on Foundry implementations with 50+ ontology objects and multiple operational applications \nExperience conducting ontology reviews, governance assessments, and platform architecture evaluations \nExperience working directly with executive stakeholders and enterprise architecture organizations \nFamiliarity with utility operations, wildfire mitigation, public safety, outage management, or regulatory reporting \n\nAbout PVM & Benefits\nAt PVM, we mean it when we say we value diversity.
