Review documents to compute fees or charges due.\n3. Prepare itemized monthly resident statements and record amounts due for services rendered.\n4. Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors.\n5. Receive and record daily accounts receivable payments. Report deposit to required persons.\n6. Receive payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts. Record ancillary charges to resident’s accounts.\n7. Collects, organizes and maintains appropriate documentation for Medicare, Medicaid or private insurance companies.\n8. Contact customers to obtain or relay account information.\n9. Answer resident or resident family inquiries regarding private, Medicare, Medicaid or private insurance billings.\n10. Admits, discharges or transfers residents on census driven system\n11. Organizes and assists in the evaluation and collection of outstanding charges and delinquent accounts, keeping Village receivables at appropriate collection rates.\n12. Consult sources such as websites, manuals, or insurance company representatives to determine specific charges or information such as rules, regulations, benefit coverage,\nor government information.\n13. Maintains filing system for records.\n14. VEH: Maintain Resident Trust Fund\n15. Follow established policies and procedures including but not limited to:\no Presbyterian Villages policies and procedures.\no Safety policies and procedures.\no Federal, state and local regulations.\n16.
