Whether supporting users on-site worldwide or collaborating with colleagues in our offices, you will be instrumental in driving success and delivering meaningful results.\nResponsibilities\nDeliver one-on-one desk-side training to analysts.\nConduct classroom training sessions for analysts and operators.\nSupport the Help Desk by addressing user inquiries and collaborating with the engineering team to resolve technical issues.\nProvide the engineering team with user feedback to enhance the product. \nRequirements\nMinimum of Secret Clearance\nExperience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.\nPrior experience with Palantir Gotham required. Additional experience with Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry is a plus.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.\nAbility to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nStrong knowledge of Excel.\nMilitary/Special Operation/Law Enforcement experience is a plus.\n\nTools\nTechnical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, as well hardware, networks, and server administration.\nTechnical background with working knowledge of Python, Java and/or JavaScript/Typescript.\nPrior experience with Palantir Gotham required.
