You will utilise innovative solutions to help clients assess and manage risk and controls during their transformation journey. Working in this area, you will assess the client’s approach for ERP security, business process and IT General Controls, while educating our clients on leading practice recommendations.\nRole Purpose Support the design, implementation, adoption, and governance of digital transformation initiatives across the Assurance practice. The role focuses on enabling audit teams through innovative technologies, driving user adoption, supporting business process improvements, coordinating stakeholder engagement activities, and contributing to the deployment of emerging audit and AI-enabled solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the implementation and rollout of assurance technologies and digital transformation initiatives across the firm.\nAssist with user adoption activities, communications, awareness campaigns, and change management initiatives.\nCollaborate with methodology leaders, territory stakeholders, and project teams to gather requirements, obtain approvals, and support implementation readiness activities.\nPerform research and analysis on emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and audit innovation opportunities.\nCoordinate meetings, stakeholder interviews, project communications, and transformation network activities.\nMonitor project progress, maintain documentation repositories, and track implementation actions, risks, and dependencies.\nRequired Skills & Competencies:\nA bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution is required.\nFresh graduates and candidates with one or more years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.\nExcellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability
