Working with your leaders, you will help manage aspects of an engagement while nurturing and leading junior team members.\nOur Associate / Senior Associate come from a range of backgrounds that will contribute to diversity of opinion within engagement teams, with the ability to flex to different analytical and operational tasks.\nAbout You\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field - Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.\nSome relevant experience in Consulting or equivalent Strategy, Transformation, Digitisation, Operations roles is desirable.\nProficient in Microsoft Office suite.\nHigh sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes and quality of work.\nProven ability to structure ambiguous problems using first principles thinking.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills (both quantitative and qualitative orientations).\nDemonstrated ability and propensity for leadership in team settings.\nFamiliar or proficient with core consulting skills concepts, such as structured problem solving and hypothesis-driven approaches.\nHave a basic understanding of a Financial Services industry (e.g. Banking, Insurance, etc.).\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\nAn ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\nRecord of high performance.\nCreativity and intellectual curiosity.\nStrong personal
