The possibilities are endless and our business landscape is changing everyday.\nThis role supports the organisation’s data-driven decision-making by maintaining reliable data models, strengthening data quality controls, and delivering clear analytics through dashboards and automated data workflows.\nThe Business Analyst works with Business and IT teams to model data in the organisation’s core SQL database, maintain the data dictionary, and document and monitor connections to source databases. The role also develops business intelligence dashboards using Power BI and performs ETL using Python, R, or SQL.\nThe data managed by the Business Analyst is core to the organisation’s operations and supports management decision-making. The Business Analyst helps ensure this data is accurate, up to date, and presented clearly so stakeholders can make informed decisions with confidence.\nKey responsibilities\nModel and maintain objects in the organisation’s core SQL database to support reliable reporting and analytics \nMaintain the data dictionary \nDocument, monitor, and troubleshoot data connections between source systems and the core SQL database \nDevelop and maintain exception reports to identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues in the database and source systems \nAutomate information retrieval from external sources to reduce manual effort and improve system reliability \nDevelop business intelligence dashboards using PowerBI \nPerform ETL using Python or SQL \nAbout you\nBachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field \n1-2 years of experience with SQL and Python \nExperience with data modelling and data dictionary management \nExperience with ETL tools such as Python, SQL or R \nExperience with business intelligence tools such as PowerBI \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills \nEducation (if blank,
