financial and billing administrative services to our Alternative Delivery Model (ADM) team in Romania, based in Bucharest, provides Accounting and Tax Compliance support services to clients across the global PwC Network.\nWhat you will be doing\nTaking an active role across Risk Management (RM), also known as KYC (Know your client).\n\nIssuing invoices correctly within deadlines and sending them to the clients.\n\nWhile doing this, you will check the internal database in this respect (client data, validity of contract).\n\nTaking an active role across Engagement set up and Data Management Systems.\n\nActively report on the status of the client account and tracking unpaid bills.\n\nRespond to clients’ requests or escalate them, depending on the complexity level.\n\nAssisting Managers with various billing reports.\n\nProviding Credit Controllers with information related to invoices.\n\nSupporting leadership and the team with administrative work.\n\nPersonal assistant activities for local Partners.\n\nCoordination of corporate diaries and itineraries.\n\nTravel arrangements (flights/hotel/visa and relevant documentation).\n\nExpense management.\n\nSupporting the management of accounts receivable (AR).\n\nAssisting with the administration and management of key accounts.\n\nContribute your own ideas for the improvement of existing processes and together we can look at putting them into practice.\n\nWhat we need from you\nIdeally you have a higher professional education in Commerce, Business Economics, Business Administration, International Business Management or similar.\n\nYou can communicate confidently in English and German (B2+).\n\nInitial experience in a similar domain, including administrative, of at least 1 year.\n\nYou like understanding how billing, risk and other internal administrative processes work and how they are interlinked.\n\nAbility to work independently, self-reliable and proactive, solution oriented\n\nGood communication skills, able to build positive relationships and act with integrity.\n\nHigh level of quality in terms of service and delivery\n\nOrganized and analytical, demonstrating strong attention to detail and precision.\n\nProactive in embracing new tools and responsibilities, with a strong focus on optimizing workflows and shaping best practices.\n\nA collaborative team player with keen intellectual curiosity.\n\nAbility to adapt to evolving circumstances, maintain flexibility, and bounce back effectively under pressure with a positive mindset.\n\nWhat we offer\nYou will work directly with our
