Responsibilities\nProject Delivery & Leadership\nLead end-to-end SAP transformation projects, including S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and migration programs.\nDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, risks, and dependencies.\nEnsure successful delivery of project objectives while maintaining quality standards and client satisfaction.\nDrive project governance, steering committee meetings, status reporting, and executive communications.\nManage project financials, forecasts, utilization, and commercial performance.\nClient & Stakeholder Management\nServe as the primary client-facing contact for project delivery matters.\nBuild trusted relationships with client executives, business stakeholders, and project sponsors.\nFacilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and solution alignment sessions.\nManage stakeholder expectations and proactively resolve issues and escalations.\nTeam Leadership\nLead multidisciplinary SAP teams consisting of functional, technical, integration, data migration, testing, and change management resources.\nMentor consultants and managers to support capability development and project excellence.\nFoster a collaborative, high-performance delivery culture.\nRisk & Quality Management\nIdentify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.\nImplement mitigation plans solutioning, effort estimation, and project planning activities.\nContribute to pre-sales discussions and client pursuits.\nAssist practice leadership in identifying opportunities to expand SAP services within existing and new accounts.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.\nMinimum 8-12 years of SAP consulting experience.\nMinimum 5 years of SAP project management experience.\nProven experience delivering multiple full-cycle SAP implementation projects.\nStrong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and ERP transformation programs.\nExperience managing large teams and multiple workstreams simultaneously.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nStrong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.\nProficiency in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP, PRINCE2, SAP Activate, Agile, or Scrum certifications.\nExperience working within a consulting or Big Four environment.\nExperience leading regional or multi-country SAP programs.\nKnowledge across SAP functional areas such as: Finance
