You can expect a collaborative leadership style, regular feedback, and opportunities to contribute to strategic initiatives.\nJob description & summary\nSupport the implementation and adoption of transformation, automation, AI, and platform initiatives that improve service quality, efficiency, and scalability.\nManage delivery plans, track milestones, risks, dependencies, and communicate progress to stakeholders.\nCoordinate service delivery activities across global CI&C teams and collaborate with regional and cross-functional stakeholders.\nMonitor service quality and performance through operational metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement practices.\nDrive delivery readiness and maintain process documentation to support consistency and operational effectiveness.\nAnalyze operational data and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.\nSupport platform enhancement initiatives and process optimization efforts.\nContribute to the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities and workflow automation solutions.\nHelp embed lessons learned and continuous improvement practices across the service.\nParticipate in initiatives that strengthen client confidence in PwC’s security and compliance environment.\nWhat matters to us\n2+ years of professional experience in service delivery, operations, project management, information security, risk, compliance, or a related field.\nUnderstanding of information security, technology risk, compliance concepts, and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, SIG, CCM, and CAIQ.\nExperience with data analysis, operational reporting, stakeholder coordination, and managing competing priorities in a global environment.\nWhat will help you stand out\nExperience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or similar AI technologies.\nUnderstanding of AI agents, workflow orchestration, responsible AI practices, and governance considerations.\nExperience with ServiceNow workflows, reporting, knowledge management, or IT service management.\nExperience with Microsoft Fabric, ServiceNow Now Assist, or similar enterprise AI and data platforms.\nExperience improving end-to-end business processes, automation, integrations, or API-enabled solutions.\nProficiency with Power BI and familiarity with enterprise integration frameworks, including MCP.\nWhy you’ll enjoy working here\nProfessional growth that matches your ambitions and pace.
