This is an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly growing pensions team as a Defined Contribution Pensions and Employee Benefits (DC&B) specialist, working closely with our DB pension consulting and Reward & Employment teams.\nOur DC&B team sits within our People and Organisation (P&O) network, as part of our wider Tax and Legal practice. P&O is built up of specialist teams who provide advice and support to manage organisational and people challenges, delivering tailored solutions to each of our clients.\nWhat your days will look like\nThe DC pensions and benefits landscape is evolving, creating opportunities to help clients navigate complex rules and make informed decisions.\n\nYou’ll support high-profile organisations, entrepreneurs and family businesses to develop and implement pension and benefits strategies for their people.\n\nYou’ll design effective retirement savings plans, improve employee wellbeing, and increase engagement and education around benefits and pensions.\n\nAs a Senior Associate, you’ll solve technical challenges, shape pension offerings, influence propositions, contribute ideas and support business growth.\n\nThis role is for you If\nShare specialist knowledge and ideas to help the team deliver best-in-class client service.\n\nSupport defined contribution pensions and wider employee benefits projects for a varied client base.\n\nManage client activity, reports, communications, provider terms and regular client contact across portfolios.\n\nDelegate work to Senior Associates and Associates, providing information, training, support and development.\n\nContribute to business growth by shaping propositions, initiatives, provider relationships and internal networks.\n\nSupport risk management for new projects, working with Client Administrators to maintain compliance.\n\nWhat you'll receive from us\nNo matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.\nWe offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site;
