You’ll be expected to bring innovative ideas to clients while keeping abreast of the wider pension policy landscape. You will be market facing, driving business development initiatives across all industries and sectors. You’ll be expected to innovate to solve complex problems and collaborate to develop digital tools to help us maximize the client experience.\nWho we are looking for:\nSpecific responsibilities include but are not limited to:\nResponsible for the success of a challenging, evolving and varied portfolio of clients \nResponsible for driving growth via business development initiatives. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of extensive market-based business development activities which enable them to build their profile in the market. \nProven track record of working collaboratively with teams across the wider practice. Digital innovation is a key part of our business and we challenge ourselves to embrace and leverage technology in how we provide solutions and advice to clients. \nSet the tone in promoting risk management and compliance procedures. \nResponsible for the financial aspects of projects including budgetary and time constraints. \nAbout you - Key skills and competencies:\nAt least 10 years' experience in the Pension or Investment consulting space with at least 5 years of managerial experience. The ideal candidate would have spent the majority of their time on consulting projects. \nDegree in accounting, economics, finance, international business, law or other relevant disciplines/areas. \nPost-graduate degree or qualification with a strong academic record. \nExcellent business acumen; ability to think commercially on projects and share industry insights with teams. \nAbility to identify gaps in the market, undertake and lead business development activities. \nActively seeks market facing opportunities to build their profile in the market. \nProven track record of being responsible for multiple complex projects within budgetary and time constraints while consistently delivering a strong level of client satisfaction. \nProven track record of delivering year on year profitable growth for the business. \nExpert at successfully leading multiple engagements across all attributes including coaching and training, technical disciplines and financial management. \nExceptional technical skills and a proven track record of maintaining relevance in an evolving marketplace. \nAbility to move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail. \nAmbitious - demonstrate strong commitment to personal self-directed learning and development, building market profile, seeking growth and progression opportunities. \nEnthusiastic team player with a passion to coach, motivate and encourage others to achieve their potential.
