These individuals help businesses navigate those complex tax regulations and optimise their processes. You will mostly assist alternative asset managers, banks, insurance companies and other actors of the financial industry.\nBe a part of our team where you will:\n· Act as a trusted advisor to clients on how they classified their entities, documents their clients or investors, prepare their FATCA/CRS reports and implement strong governance;\n· Review and challenge complex investment structures classification, ensuring compliance with Lux GAAP, IFRS and other applicable reporting frameworks;\n· Ensure the delivery of high-quality operational tax services, including investor due diligence, preparation and review of FATCA/CRS reports;\n· Own, manage and grow a client portfolio, with full responsibility for client relationships, quality of delivery and financial performance;\n· Drive business development activities by identifying opportunities, developing client relationships and contributing to revenue growth;\n· Lead senior-level client interactions, positioning PwC as a trusted business partner and proactively identifying additional service opportunities;\n· Collaborate with PwC's multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions addressing clients' accounting, tax, regulatory and operational challenges;\n· Oversee engagement economics, including planning, budgeting, pricing, WIP management, billing and collections to ensure profitability and sustainable growth;\n· Drive innovation in service delivery through the use of technology, automation and scalable accounting solutions;\n· Build, lead and develop high-performing teams, coaching and developing Managers, Senior Managers and future leaders within the practice;\n· Contribute to PwC's market presence through thought leadership, client seminars, publications and industry networking events.\nLet's talk about you. If you have...\n· A university degree in Tax, Compliance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field;\n· A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in operational tax matters gained within a professional services firm, fiduciary, corporate services provider or similar environment;\n· Strong technical expertise in FATCA/CRS and a solid understanding of US withholding tax. Knowledge of alternative investment industry will be considered as an asset;\n· Proven experience advising clients on complex reporting matters;\n· A demonstrated ability to manage large and complex client engagements while maintaining delivery excellence;\n· Excellent leadership skills with experience developing and retaining high-performing teams;\n· A strong commercial mindset with a proven track record in client relationship management, portfolio development and business generation;\n· Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills;\n· Excellent written and verbal communication skills;\n· Fluency in English.
