You will develop and implement innovative solutions to optimise business performance and enhance competitive advantage.\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer with strong expertise in Power BI to join our growing data team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable BI solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.\n\nTranslate business needs into technical specifications and maintain robust BI solutions.\n\nIntegrate data from multiple sources (e.g., SQL databases, APIs, Excel, cloud platforms).\n\nDevelop and optimize DAX queries and data models for performance and usability.\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.\n\nImplement and maintain data security and governance standards within Power BI.\n\nMonitor BI tools performance and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.\n\nWork closely with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to ensure data quality and integrity.\n\nProvide training and documentation for end-users and stakeholders on Power BI usage.\n\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.\n\n3-6 years of experience in a BI Engineer, Data Analyst, or similar role.\n\nStrong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.\n\nHands-on experience with SQL and relational databases, and Python or R for data analysis.\n\nFamiliarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.\n\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n\nStrong communication skills to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nPreferred:\nExperience with Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure SQL, Data Factory).\n\nExposure to other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a plus.\n\nMicrosoft
