And how can we enable cloud transformation without creating unmanaged security risk?\nAs a Manager or Senior Manager, you will lead complex cloud security engagements, shape target architectures and transformation roadmaps, and advise senior stakeholders on how cloud security should support broader technology and business transformation.\nCore Activities: “What You’ll Be Working On”\nDefine and govern enterprise cloud security architecture strategy, principles and target-state roadmaps across Microsoft, data protection, hybrid infrastructure andmulti-cloud environments.\nShape infrastructure security programmes - network and data-centre modernisation, Zero Trust segmentation and secure hybrid connectivity.\nLead large-scale transformation and managed-service engagements, holding overall delivery and commercial accountability.\nManage Microsoft and cloud-vendor alliances - partner status, co-sell motions, funding programmes and joint pursuits.\nOwn commercials across the portfolio - pricing, margin, forecasting, resourcing and contract governance.\nEstablish delivery assurance, quality gates and risk management across multiple concurrent engagements.\nBuild C-suite relationships and advise on cloud and data security strategy, operating models and investment priorities.\nLead business development - qualification, solution shaping, proposals and negotiation for complex multi-tower deals.\nGrow the practice - recruitment, certification and capability roadmaps, coaching and performance management.\nKey Skills: “What candidates need to have”\nTypically 8+ years of relevant experience across cloud security, security architecture, infrastructure security, security engineering or large-scale cloud transformation.\nCloud and data security strategy, reference architecture and target operating model design for enterprise clients.\nRegulatory, data-sovereignty and compliance advisory (GDPR, NIS2, sector and regional data-residency requirements).\nExecutive stakeholder management - credible advisor to CISOs, CIOs and risk committees.\nP&L ownership and commercial management including pricing strategy, margin control and forecasting.\nAlliance and vendor management, particularly across the Microsoft security and cloud ecosystem.\nTeam leadership at scale - structure, capability planning, mentoring and succession.\nSufficient technical breadth across cloud posture, infrastructure & network security, Microsoft security and data protection to assure and challenge solution designs.\nCertifications: CISSP, CCSP, CISM; SC-100, AWS Certified Security - Specialty, TOGAF or SABSA for architecture leadership.\nKnowledge Exposure: “What you'll build expertise in”\nAs a Manager or Senior Manager, you will broaden your expertise from individual cloud and infrastructure security technologies toward enterprise cloud security strategy and architecture.
