to agreed templates\n-Maintain trackers, intake logs, checklists, and service docs\n-Help turn repeat requests into standard services\n-Escalate complex issues early\nCore skills:\n-Adobe / web CMS working knowledge\n-Page editing, publishing, metadata, and asset handling\n-QA, defect logging, and release checks\n-Strong attention to detail - quick learner\n-Good organization and documentation
