You will liaise with and work alongside other finance and operations functions, you will develop a network of key contacts, build strong relationships and develop new skills.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage accounts receivable processes, including accurate and timely billing to territories based on networking days and agreed-upon terms. \nEnsure billing adjustments for resource trades between territories are correctly processed. \nReconcile inter-territory transactions and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders. \nPerform stakeholder engagement to address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure alignment on billing and payment processes. \nTrack and manage monthly networking days and align invoicing schedules accordingly. \nConduct data analysis to support accurate billing and reporting, including variance analysis and trade impact assessments. \nMaintain comprehensive accounts receivable records and ensure compliance with policies and deadlines. \nSupport the month-end and year-end closing processes by reconciling accounts and preparing relevant reports. \nAssist in developing and improving billing workflows and internal controls. \nProvide insights and recommendations through analysis of receivable trends to enhance collections and reduce outstanding balances. \nRole Requirements:\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to handle complex billing structures and trade adjustments between territories. \nBuilding Dashboards using Power Query , Dax , SQL, Etc…... \nStrong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management and issue resolution. \nIntermediate to advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, formulas). \nExperience with accounting software (e.g., Sun, Sage) and reporting tools. \nAbility to interpret financial data and provide actionable recommendations. \nDetail-oriented and highly organised to manage large volumes of billing data. \nProactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and presentations. \nAgile and adaptable, embracing innovation and change. \nAbility to prioritize tasks effectively and work collaboratively with other departments.\nThe skills we look for in future employees\nAll our people need to demonstrate the skills and behaviours that support us in delivering our business strategy.
