Using a combination of off-the-shelf applications and bespoke products, we provide effective digital solutions to enable data-driven insights and ease the burden of manual processes so that efforts can instead be channelled into navigating the modern-day Tax landscape.\nYouwillwork as part of a team thatdevelopsapplications for internal as well as clients’use.This role offers exciting exposure tocutting-edgetechnologies, including the application of generative AI in tax processes, helping to shape the future of digital tax solutionsand make a real impact.\nSpecific responsibilities include but are not limited to:\nDevelop,utilizeand maintain technology tools and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore and extract insights from data.\n\nAgile in collaboratingwithdiversestakeholdersthrough project phases ofidentifyingopportunities for process improvements, undertaking risk management checks, to designing, building,testinganddeploymentof solutions.\n\nPlay an active role in project management\n\nCommunicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.\n\nContribute totraining on digital tools,skillsetsand processes.\n\nEducation\nRecognised degreeinQuantitative field(Data Science,Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, etc.),Information Technologyor related field.\n\nFreshgraduates and experienced candidatesmay apply.\n\nSkillset\nAbility to code in .NET and in-depth understanding of MS SQL.\n\nAbility to troubleshoot application systems independently and be an effective team player.\n\nAdaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies.\n\nExperience/Proficiencywith LLMs, Open Source, Big Data, Machine Learning, or other numerical programming framework is a plus.\n\nExperience/Proficiencywith Python, JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, Microsoft Azure,Alteryxor other programming languages is a plus.\n\nWorked with DevOps or GitHub is aplus.\n\nKnowledge in designing ormaintainingworkflow processes in BPM.
