You will work across emerging AI-enabled solutions, support review of deliverables, and help create clarity when work spans multiple components and timelines. The role calls for an individual who can balance hands-on development with mentoring, communicate with stakeholders, and adapt methods as technology and business needs shift.\nResponsibilities\n- Leading software engineering workstreams for client support and internal technology initiatives\n- Developing and reviewing application code, design patterns, and architecture choices across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms\n- Guiding teams through project planning, budgeting, delivery timelines, and issue resolution\n- Applying AI fluency to shape software solutions, automation, and human centered collaboration in development activities\n- Overseeing code review, testing, debugging, and release activities to validate functionality and system stability\n- Translating business requirements into technical specifications, functional designs, and development tasks\n- Improving software delivery through CI/CD pipelines, version control practices, and application lifecycle management\n- Coaching team members on coding standards, development methods, and problem solving approaches\n- Managing client expectations and communicating progress, risks, and delivery dependencies across stakeholders\n- Identifying opportunities to strengthen software quality, system performance, and product innovation\nWhat You Must Have\n- At least a Bachelor's degree\n- At least 4 years of experience\nWhat Sets You Apart\n- Experience leading software development teams delivering AI-enabled solutions\n- Familiarity with Python, Java, JavaScript, or cloud platforms\n- Background managing project planning, budgeting, and milestone tracking\n- Experience mentoring developers through code review and coaching\n- Familiarity with CI/CD, testing, and application lifecycle management\n- Experience navigating client priorities, technical issues, and delivery timelines\nThe salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
