Relevant certifications are a plus.\n\nKnowledge:\n- Basic knowledge of banking, finance, IT, or software implementation.\n\nLanguage Skills:\n- Good English communication skills are mandatory.\n- Candidates with IELTS certification or equivalent are preferred.\n\nTechnical Skills:\n- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\n\nSoft Skills:\n- Good critical thinking.\n- Effective
