You will collaborate with transfer pricing, tax and industry professionals to help multinational organisations address complex international tax and business questions.\nWhat your role will look like\nAs a Transfer Pricing Associate, you will contribute to projects that help multinational groups establish compliant and sustainable approaches to their intercompany transactions. Your analyses will support clients in applying transfer pricing principles, managing tax risks and documenting cross-border arrangements.\nAnalyse transfer pricing arrangements and support clients in applying the arm’s length principle in line with OECD guidance.\nAnalyse loan transactions and financing structures under OECD guidance and Luxembourg transfer pricing rules.\nPrepare and review transfer pricing documentation for local and international clients.\nConduct market studies and benchmarking analyses to identify comparable transactions and support appropriate transfer prices.\nContribute to Advance Pricing Agreement and Mutual Agreement Procedure applications.\nAnalyse value chains and commercial business models to support sustainable tax structures.\nParticipate in cross-border structuring projects and contribute to the effective management of client deliverables.\nYour growth and opportunities\nDevelop your expertise in transfer pricing, international taxation and economic analysis through hands-on client work. Gain exposure to multinational business models, financing arrangements and cross-border transactions.
