This internship provides hands-on experience in IT support, endpoint management, and technology operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the IT team to provide technical assistance, support day-to-day IT operations, and contribute to maintaining a reliable and efficient technology environment for the organization.Key responsibilities:\n1. Help Desk Support:\nProvide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and end-user computing issues.\nAssist users in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing clear guidance and support.\nRecord and track support requests, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions in the ticketing system.\nPrepare, configure, and deploy laptops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment for new employees.\n2. IT Administration:\nAssist in maintaining IT asset inventories, including hardware and software records.\nCollaborate with the Asset Management team to track IT equipment, documentation, and asset lifecycle activities.\nRequirements:\nEducation: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\nExperience: Entry-level internship position. Prior internship or technical support experience is an advantage but not required.\n Knowledge & Skills: Language:Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.\nBasic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.\nWillingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.\nGood written and spoken English communication skills.\nBasic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.\nKnowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) is a plus.\nFamiliarity with IT ticketing systems and asset management processes is an advantage.\nCustomer-service mindset and
