In this role, you will drive project delivery, governance, and stakeholder alignment across business, technology, operations, and supplier teams, ensuring successful execution of a high-impact international transformation program.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Network Service Desk transformation program.\n\nMaintain project plans, governance, milestones, reporting, and dependency tracking.\n\nCoordinate business, technology, supplier, and leadership stakeholders.\n\nManage project risks, dependencies, escalations, and implementation readiness.\n\nFacilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive updates.\n\nEnsure timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and effective communication.\n\nRequirements\n5+ years of project management experience in technology transformation or service delivery.\n\nAdvanced English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nProven track record of delivering large-scale global transformation or change projects.\n\nExperience working with senior stakeholders and distributed teams.\n\nStrong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and delivery management.\n\nExperience managing vendors and supplier relationships.\n\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.\n\nPMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification is a plus.\n\nSkills\nProject planning, governance, and delivery management.\n\nExperience leading complex IT transformation initiatives.\n\nAbility to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.\n\nKnowledge of IT service management environments.\n\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.\n\nPolicy
