The team collaborates with a broad range of financial services stakeholders to strengthen regulatory compliance and trust.\nWhat your role will look like\nAs an Associate, you contribute to client engagements that strengthen AML/CFT frameworks and risk management practices. Your work supports clients in meeting regulatory expectations while building robust, sustainable controls.\nContribute to AML/CFT client assignments, supporting the review and design of AML/CFT programmes and key components.\n\nParticipate in AML risk assessments and risk appetite exercises, translating regulatory expectations into practical insights.\n\nSupport reviews of customer due diligence files and the effectiveness of AML/CFT procedures in practice.\n\nCollaborate with various industry participants such as management companies, transfer agents, custodians, and domiciliary agents.\n\nContribute to broader Risk Assurance assignments, including internal audit and internal controls projects, depending on engagement needs.\n\nYour growth and opportunities\nYou will progressively build exposure to a wide range of AML/CFT topics and client environments. Over time, you will take ownership of defined work areas and deepen your understanding of financial crime risks and controls. You will learn alongside experienced professionals through on-the-job coaching and diverse engagements.\nThe skills you bring\nMaster’s degree or equivalent in Audit, Business, Economics, Financial Crime, or a related field.\n\nWorking knowledge of AML/CFT concepts and regulatory expectations.\n\nProficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel for analysis and documentation.\n\nLanguage skills: Fluent in English and French and/or German.\n\nWays of working\nThink critically and structure information to support sound risk-based judgments.\n\nWork collaboratively with others, contributing reliably to shared objectives in diverse teams.\n\nActively seek learning opportunities and apply feedback to build professional confidence.\n\nYou act with integrity, handle confidential information with care, and uphold high ethical standards in every situation.\n\nThe skills listed reflect what matters most to succeed in this role.
