You will work closely with Training Coordinators and Learning & Development teams to deliver classroom, virtual and hybrid learning experiences.\nWhat your role will look like\nAs a Training Coordinator Trainee, you will support the operational delivery of training programmes, ensuring a smooth and consistent learning experience for participants across multiple formats and regions. You will contribute to coordination, data quality and logistics that enable effective learning delivery.\nSupport the organisation and delivery of classroom, virtual and hybrid training sessions\n\nCoordinate participant registrations, attendance tracking and follow-up activities\n\nAssist with the implementation and management of training plans and learning programmes\n\nMaintain training calendars and coordinate session scheduling\n\nUpdate and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training databases to ensure data accuracy\n\nCoordinate training logistics, including room bookings, materials preparation and equipment requirements\n\nSupport communication with stakeholders, trainers, participants and vendors, including during live sessions and events\n\nYour growth and opportunities\nYou will gain hands-on experience in learning operations, systems management and training coordination. You will work alongside experienced coordinators on Luxembourg and EMEA programmes, building practical skills in participant management and programme delivery.\nThe skills you bring\nCurrently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Management or a related field\n\nAvailability for a 6-month internship from October 2026 to March 2027, with a university internship agreement\n\nProficient / Independent use of Microsoft Office tools\n\nFluent in English and French\n\nStrong organisational and administrative skills\n\nWays of working\nManage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail\n\nCommunicate clearly and coordinate effectively with different stakeholders\n\nWork proactively and stay organised when handling data, processes and logistics\n\nYou act with integrity, handle confidential information with care, and uphold high ethical standards in every situation\n\nAdditional skills that would support your success\nThe skills listed reflect what matters most to succeed in this role.
