This is a client-facing role that bridges the gap between educational technology, software configuration, and client training.\nYour Mission:\nYour career with PwC is what you make it. As our new Learning Management System Intern, your core responsibilities will be:\nPlatform Configuration: Assisting in setting up Moodle instances, creating course structures, configuring user roles, and setting up access permissions.\nContent and Course Uploads: Migrating learning content, building quizzes, organizing SCORM packages, and troubleshooting multimedia integration.\nClient Support & Troubleshooting: Resolving basic user issues, bug tracking, and guiding instructors or administrators through platform features.\nTesting and QA: Conducting quality assurance testing on Moodle plugins, themes, and version upgrades to ensure cross-browser compatibility.\nDocumentation & Training: Creating user manuals, video tutorials, and documentation to help clients adopt and navigate the system.\nAbout You:\nWe are looking for a motivated individual who:\nIs currently in their final year of a degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Programming, Information Technology, or a related field.\nPossesses basic knowledge of web technologies including PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and MySQL.\nHas an understanding of learning technology standards and compliance frameworks such as SCORM, xAPI (Tin Can), and LTI.\nDemonstrates the ability to gather client requirements and map them to standard Moodle functionalities or identify when custom plugins are needed.\nPossesses strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly for preparing technical documentation.\nDemonstrates strong attention to detail.\nMoodle experience will be considered an asset.\nWhy PwC?
