The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, structured analysis, and hands-on project coordination across business, technology, and other teams.\nThe candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to drive requirements clarity, delivery planning, and execution oversight.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.\nTranslate business needs into clear requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.\nManage end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including planning, execution tracking, risk management, and reporting.\nFacilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements walkthrough sessions.\nWork closely with technology teams to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements and successful solution delivery.\nTrack project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.\nPrepare status reports, executive updates, and governance documentation.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, data, and external vendors.\nAssist with UAT planning, test case validation, and release coordination.\nRequired Qualifications\n5-8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or hybrid BA/PM roles.\nStrong understanding of requirements management, stakeholder communication, and project governance.\nFamiliarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet or similar project management tools.\nStrong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working with financial services, asset management, private equity, or investment management firms.\nKnowledge of data platforms, reporting systems, or enterprise application implementations.\nExposure to regulatory, finance, or investment operations processes.\nCertifications such as CBAP, PMI-PMP, PRINCE2,
