With hands-on learning, cutting-edge tools and an inclusive culture, this is your opportunity to do inspiring work that makes a difference-every day.\nAs a Managed Services - Fund Accounting Director you will lead outsourced fund accounting work, shape client service delivery, and oversee key processes that support operating efficiency, data review, quality controls, and escalation handling within our Managed Services practice. As a Director you will set direction for client engagements, drive business growth, and guide teams through changing priorities while modeling integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will use fund accounting knowledge, project leadership, and stakeholder communication to help deliver consistent service across multiple work streams and develop future leaders.\nResponsibilities\n Delivery leadership: Own fund books (US GAAP/IFRS), monthly/quarterly close and NAVs, capital activity and allocations, investment accounting entries, reconciliations, fee/expense allocation, and carried interest/waterfall support.\nStakeholder governance: Lead operational governance with US leadership, ensure timely decisioning, and manage risks/escalations through clear, structured communication.\nControl & quality: Embed robust operational controls, issue prevention, and audit-ready execution; drive root-cause fixes and sustained remediation.\nOrg leadership at scale: Lead a 75-100 FTE multi-layer organization; build high-performing technical teams, strengthen leadership bench, and sustain a strong service culture in a competitive talent market.\nOperating model & transformation: Set and execute a clear multi-year agenda for standardization, automation, and delivery model evolution\nStrong track record building scalable, tool-enabled operations and converting ideas into measurable outcomes\nRecognized for high judgment, analytical problem solving, and proactive risk identification in fast-paced environments.\nLeadership style that builds followership, collaboration, and durable relationships;
