Here, you will tackle today’s toughest challenges with a future-focused mindset; so our clients turn to us first when it matters most.\nPwC's Strategic Analytics & Operations practice is looking for Operations AI Engineers to join our growing team and help deliver cutting-edge AI-driven solutions to some of Greece's most complex operational environments.\nMake a real impact\nDesign and develop AI and machine learning models applied to supply chain, logistics and operations optimization\nBuild and deploy predictive analytics and automated solutions for large-scale operational networks\nDevelop AI-based and agentic decision-support tools that autonomously monitor, reason and recommend actions across complex operations\nLeverage vibe coding and AI-assisted development environments combining tools like Cursor and Claude to accelerate solution building and prototyping\nDesign multi-agent systems capable of handling end-to-end operational workflows with minimal human intervention\nTranslate complex operational challenges into scalable AI-powered solutions\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams of consultants, data engineers and client stakeholders\nPresent analytical findings and recommendations to senior client leadership\nWhat you bring matters\nDegree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or Mathematics\n1-3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or advanced analytics roles\nStrong proficiency in Python, SQL and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)\nFamiliarity with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar)\nHands-on experience with vibe coding and AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf or similar)\nKnowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering and AI orchestration is a strong advantage\nExperience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)\nKnowledge of supply chain, logistics or operations domains is a strong advantage\nExcellent communication skills in Greek and English\nBRING YOUR BEST, EVERYDAY\nYour skills, integrity, and curiosity make the difference.
