Here, you will tackle today’s toughest challenges with a future-focused mindset; so our clients turn to us first when it matters most.\nMake a real impact\nWe are looking for an ambitious and self-driven lawyer to join our Privacy & Technology team in Athens, who will be engaged, among others, in the following:\nDrafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements. \nConducting legal due diligence with a focus on: \nData protection and privacy matters \nIntellectual property rights \nTechnology-related agreements, including licensing , SaaS , and data processing αgreements \nAssisting clients with compliance programs and regulatory requirements, including: \nGDPR (DPIAs, privacy policies, RoPAs, TIAs, etc.) \nDORA (ICT services agreements) \nDSA and AI Act . \nPreparing legal opinions on privacy, consumer , and digital law matters. \nWhat you bring matters\nBachelor’s degree in Law (from a domestic university or equivalent certification from the pertinent Greek organizations) \n2-3 years of post-admission experience with solid knowledge and hands-on experience with: \nGDPR compliance \nDORA \nDigital Services Act (DSA) \nConsumer Protection Law \nIntellectual Property Law \nAbility to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English and Greek) \nAdmission to Athens Bar or other Bar Association in Greece \nExcellent legal and business analytical skills \nPositivity, motivation and strong interpersonal skills \nA Master’s degree in Data Protection Law or other Technology Law field and DPO certification will be considered a strong asset\nBRING YOUR BEST, EVERYDAY\nYour skills, integrity, and curiosity make the difference.
