Collaboration with other areas of the business enables us to work holistically with clients to find solutions to achieve their plans.\nOur curious minds and collaborative spirit enables us to work together, helping clients navigate the ever changing tax landscape. As part of the team you’ll be actively encouraged to consult, to share specialist knowledge and new ideas as we continue to innovate to deliver best in class service.\nYou will be responsible for the delivery of tax advisory services which include managing all aspects of the client relationship with privately or family owned businesses, private equity portfolio companies and business owners on a broad range of complex matters.\n What your days will look like\nAdvising privately owned businesses, wealthy individuals, families and their businesses and private equity backed portfolio companies on managing their company tax affairs\n\nProactively assist in the management of clients, developing significant market relationships with clients and internal stakeholders\n\nCollaborating across the firm when delivering complex projects / events\n\nMaintaining an expert level of relevant tax knowledge (both UK and overseas) staying including changes in tax law and legislation.\n\nThis role is for you if\nMust possess a ACA and/or CTA qualification (or international equivalent)\n\nRelevant and up-to-date UK tax knowledge - experience of tax issues facing privately or family owned businesses, private equity portfolio companies and business owners\n\nVaried experience of more complex tax issues facing privately or family-owned businesses, private equity portfolio companies and business owners.\n\nProject management skills - able to assist in the management of several complex client projects\n\nExcellent written communication - including reports, technical memo drafting, carrying out analysis and producing deliverables\n\nWhat you’ll receive from us\nNo matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.\nWe offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site;
