As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, build client connections, and help guide junior team members while developing your own technical skills and business understanding. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to SAP ABAP CRM delivery activities, use critical thinking to address evolving client needs, and support work that helps shape how business applications are deployed and used across client environments.\nResponsibilities\nWork on SAP CRM technical development, customization, enhancements, and production support.\nAnalyze functional specifications and prepare technical design document\nDevelop and enhance SAP CRM Web UI components using Component Workbench.\nWork on BSP, BOL/GenIL, CRM Web UI, and UI configuration enhancements.\nImplement enhancements using: BADIs, User exits, Enhancement spots, Implicit/explicit enhancements, Business transaction events.\nDevelop custom ABAP objects including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.\nWork on SAP CRM business objects such as: Business Partner, Activities, Opportunities, Leads, Service Orders, Complaints, Sales Orders, Trade Promotions, if applicable.\nSupport and enhance CRM One Order Framework objects.\nHandle integration between SAP CRM and SAP ECC/S/4HANA using CRM Middleware.\nMonitor and troubleshoot middleware queues such as: SMQ1, SMQ2, SMW01, BDOC monitoring.\nWork on IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, Web Services, and external system interfaces.\nPerform debugging and root cause analysis for complex SAP CRM issues.\nSupport defect resolution during unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production support.\nOptimize performance of custom ABAP and CRM Web UI developments.\nPrepare technical documentation, unit test scripts, code review documents, and deployment notes.\nCoordinate with functional, basis, security, and integration teams for end-to-end delivery.\nFollow PwC/client project delivery standards, coding guidelines, and quality processes.\nWhat You Must Have\nAt least a Bachelor's degree\nAt least 5 years of experience\nOral and written proficiency in English required\nWhat Sets You Apart\nRequired Skills\nStrong hands-on experience in SAP CRM technical development.\nGood knowledge of ABAP programming including: Reports, Function modules, Classes and methods, BAPIs, BADIs, User exits, Enhancement framework, RFCs, IDocs\nExperience in SAP CRM Web UI development and configuration.\nStrong understanding of: BSP, BOL/GenIL, Component Workbench, UI configuration, Navigation bar profile, Business roles\nExperience with CRM Middleware and data replication between CRM and ECC/S/4HANA.\nKnowledge of CRM One Order Framework.\nAbility to debug standard SAP CRM processes and custom developments.\nExperience in preparing technical specifications from functional requirements.\nGood understanding of SAP CRM master data and transactional data.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in SAP CRM implementation, rollout, upgrade, or AMS/support projects.\nKnowledge of SAP CRM modules such as: Sales, Service, Marketing, Interaction Center, Trade Promotion Management.\nKnowledge of ECC/S/4HANA integration with SAP CRM.\nExposure to pricing, conditions, order management, and billing integration.\nKnowledge of Web Services, OData, SOAP, REST, or PI/PO integration.\nExperience with SAP Workflow and Adobe/Smart Forms.\nFamiliarity with ITIL, Agile, or PwC delivery methodology.\nSAP CRM certification is an added advantage.\nTravel
